About LEV Lounge

Chelsea Gullette is the Founder of LEV Lounge, where she integrates her extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and business management to lead the medspa’s success. Before founding LEV Lounge, Chelsea served as a Clinical Educator at Merz Aesthetics, providing advanced training on aesthetic treatments. Her previous roles include Regional Director of Practice Development at Merz North America and Practice Manager at Ulthera, Inc., where she contributed to ongoing treatment advances, patient and provider education, and practice management. Early in her career, she held various positions, including Clinical Product Instructor at TriZetto Corporation and Clinical Liaison at Hospira. Chelsea’s goal at LEV Lounge is to ensure exceptional care and client satisfaction while managing all aspects of operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring wellness trends.

Lauren Decker, RN, BSN is a seasoned healthcare professional and Practice Manager with a diverse background. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College in 1997. Lauren began her career in pediatrics at Meridian Health Care System’s Medical Center of Ocean and then transitioned to Pfizer, Inc. as a Professional Healthcare Representative, receiving numerous accolades for her outstanding performance. Lauren continued with a role as Vice President at A2Z Medical, LLC, where she worked as an Operating Room Device Technician. She also serves as a Substitute School Nurse at Monmouth Beach School and is dedicated to community service, participating in events such as the Shore to Help Golf Outing and the Purr N Pooch Gala, and currently delivering meals to homebound seniors. As Practice Manager at LEV Lounge, Lauren plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and supporting the medical team. She is a licensed RN in New Jersey and CPR certified.

Jesse Pannell is a Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic treatments with certifications from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (Botox and Dermal Filler Level 1 & 2). Jesse began her career in neurosurgery and neurocritical care at RWJ Barnabas Health in New Brunswick and Capital Health Hospital in Hopewell before transitioning to aesthetics four years ago. Her expertise includes neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, Sculptra, GLP-1 therapies, and advanced laser treatments. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry from Texas State University and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Salus University. Beyond aesthetics, she’s a CrossFit Level 2 Instructor and loves staying active through fitness, yoga, and travel. At home, Jesse spends time with her twin 13-year-old sons, who are dedicated hockey players, and their 3-year-old Bernedoodle, Gunther. She’s passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through a thoughtful, multifaceted approach to beauty and wellness.

Amber Ogno is a dedicated Aesthetician who graduated from The Salon Professional Academy. Amber initially pursued an associate’s degree with aspirations in nursing but found her true calling in the beauty industry. She excels in providing HydraFacials, custom facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, finding fulfillment in helping clients feel confident in their skin. Amber enjoys spending time by the water, exercising, and cherishing moments with her family.

Dr. Anthony Lombardi is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the Medical Director of The Lombardi Plastic Surgery Center. With over 20 years of experience in aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, he has dedicated his career to advancing the art and science of beauty. Having practiced in Monmouth County his entire medical career, Dr. Lombardi has treated thousands of patients from around the world and is widely recognized as a leader in his field.

Locally, he is credited with introducing many of the most innovative treatments and technologies in cosmetic surgery to Monmouth County. Nationally, Dr. Lombardi is a respected thought leader and educator who has trained providers across the country on cutting-edge techniques in aesthetic medicine. It was during one of these training events in Minnesota in 2017 that Dr. Lombardi first met Chelsea Gullette. The two shared a passion for education and innovation, co-teaching providers on skin tightening, energy-based devices, and neuromodulators for fine lines and wrinkles.

Years later, that chance meeting came full circle when Chelsea relocated from the Midwest to Monmouth County, and LEV Lounge was born.
