About LEV Lounge

Chelsea Gullette is the Founder of LEV Lounge, where she integrates her extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and business management to lead the medspa’s success. Before founding LEV Lounge, Chelsea served as a Clinical Educator at Merz Aesthetics, providing advanced training on aesthetic treatments. Her previous roles include Regional Director of Practice Development at Merz North America and Practice Manager at Ulthera, Inc., where she contributed to ongoing treatment advances, patient and provider education, and practice management. Early in her career, she held various positions, including Clinical Product Instructor at TriZetto Corporation and Clinical Liaison at Hospira. Chelsea’s goal at LEV Lounge is to ensure exceptional care and client satisfaction while managing all aspects of operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring wellness trends.

Lauren Decker, RN, BSN is a seasoned healthcare professional and Practice Manager with a diverse background. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College in 1997. Lauren began her career in pediatrics at Meridian Health Care System’s Medical Center of Ocean and then transitioned to Pfizer, Inc. as a Professional Healthcare Representative, receiving numerous accolades for her outstanding performance. Lauren continued with a role as Vice President at A2Z Medical, LLC, where she worked as an Operating Room Device Technician. She also serves as a Substitute School Nurse at Monmouth Beach School and is dedicated to community service, participating in events such as the Shore to Help Golf Outing and the Purr N Pooch Gala, and currently delivering meals to homebound seniors. As Practice Manager at LEV Lounge, Lauren plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and supporting the medical team. She is a licensed RN in New Jersey and CPR certified.

Jesse Pannell is a Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic treatments with certifications from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (Botox and Dermal Filler Level 1 & 2). Jesse began her career in neurosurgery and neurocritical care at RWJ Barnabas Health in New Brunswick and Capital Health Hospital in Hopewell before transitioning to aesthetics four years ago. Her expertise includes neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, Sculptra, GLP-1 therapies, and advanced laser treatments. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry from Texas State University and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Salus University. Beyond aesthetics, she’s a CrossFit Level 2 Instructor and loves staying active through fitness, yoga, and travel. At home, Jesse spends time with her twin 13-year-old sons, who are dedicated hockey players, and their 3-year-old Bernedoodle, Gunther. She’s passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through a thoughtful, multifaceted approach to beauty and wellness.

Amber Ogno is a dedicated Aesthetician who graduated from The Salon Professional Academy. Amber initially pursued an associate’s degree with aspirations in nursing but found her true calling in the beauty industry. She excels in providing Hydrafacials, custom facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, finding fulfillment in helping clients feel confident in their skin. Amber enjoys spending time by the water, exercising, and cherishing moments with her family.

Amber Whelan, PA-C is an Aesthetic Medical Provider at LEV Lounge, where she combines her American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) certification, extensive training, and experience to deliver exceptional care in both aesthetic treatments and IV nutritional therapy. Originally from Florida, Amber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the University at Albany and completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Monmouth University, where she served as Class President and excelled in her board exams. Since graduating in 2020, Amber has worked as a Pediatric Surgical PA, playing a key role in the program’s development. She also mentors healthcare students and has guest lectured at Monmouth University. Amber enjoys hands-on work and collaborating with patients to create personalized care plans. In her free time, she enjoys spending time by the pool, baking, and hiking.

Gab Sherman, BSN, MSN, CRNA, is a dedicated Aesthetic Medical Provider at LEV Lounge, offering her expertise, enhanced by American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) certification, in both aesthetic treatments and IV nutritional therapy. A graduate of Sacred Heart University, where she played Division 1 lacrosse, Gab earned her MSN in Anesthesia from Drexel University. She began her career as a PICU nurse at CHOP and has since gained CRNA experience at Jersey Shore and Shrewsbury Surgery Center. Gab is married to Ryan and has a one-year-old son, Owen. She enjoys traveling, with favorite destinations including Puerto Rico, Thailand, Bali, Hawaii, and Italy.

Laryn Cullen, MSN, ANCC-NP, OCN, is an accomplished Aesthetic Medical Provider at LEV Lounge, where she specializes in aesthetic treatments, enhanced by her American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) certification. She earned her BSN from Boston College and her MSN from Seton Hall University. Laryn began her career at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, working as an RN in Head and Neck Surgery, Telemetry, and General Medicine. She then specialized as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in Inpatient Thoracic Oncology and has focused on Presurgical Testing since 2017. Laryn is also involved in her community as a Fashion Coordinator for Shore Regional Little League and a Board of Trustees member for Kids Give.

Maurissa Dotzler, DNP, CRNA, is a highly skilled Aesthetic Medical Provider at LEV Lounge, where she offers a blend of aesthetic and IV nutritional therapies, with specialized training through American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) certification. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Anesthesia from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marywood University. Maurissa started her career as a Surgical/Trauma ICU RN at St. Luke’s University Hospital and currently works as a CRNA at Shrewsbury Surgery Center. She has received the Nemotko Medal for Distinction in Nursing and holds certifications in various life support areas. Maurissa lives in Oceanport with her husband, daughter Brynn, and two dogs, Reagan and Dakota. She enjoys the beach, boating, and skiing.

Dr. Timothy P. Dotzler, D.O., is a highly experienced Emergency Medicine Physician serving as the Medical Director at LEV Lounge. With a robust background in high-stress medical environments and American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) certification, Dr. Dotzler is known for his exceptional diagnostic and treatment skills. He is currently a Medical Officer for the Clinical Contact Center at the Veterans Health Administration and serves as a Per Diem Emergency Medicine Physician at both Bayshore Medical Center and RWJ Monmouth Medical Center. His previous roles include Clinical Training at St. Luke’s University Health Network, where he was Chief Academic Resident. Dr. Dotzler earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York Institute of Technology and his Bachelor’s in Economics, Entrepreneurship and Management, and Pre-Medical Studies from Johns Hopkins University. He is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and has been recognized with awards such as ‘Physician of the Year’ at Bayshore Medical Center and the ‘Emergency Medicine Faculty Award’ at St. Luke’s. Dr. Dotzler is also active in community service, including Stop the Bleed workshops, and contributes to clinical research with publications and presentations. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
